In the event that Typhoon Signal No. 3 or a Red Rainstorm Signal or higher is issued, the cruise will be cancelled. We will assist you in rescheduling your booking for a later date or issuing a full refund. Please contact us via email, including your confirmation number, and we will address your request promptly.
If you have not received a confirmation email regarding your booking, please provide your booking details (including your name, date of the cruise, email address, and contact number) via email. We will resend the confirmation if your booking is confirmed.
Currently, we do not impose restrictions on bringing luggage or strollers on board our cruises. However, please note that we are not liable for any damage or loss incurred to these items.
Seating is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend arriving at the pier 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure to ensure timely pre-boarding.

Every ticket includes one complimentary drink. Options include prosecco, beer, selected house red and white wine, juice, soft drinks, and still or sparkling water. Additional drinks are available for purchase on board, with payment accepted via cash or credit card.
Guests are welcome to bring their own cakes on board, and our staff will assist in serving it during the cruise. A charge of HK$180 plus a 10% service fee applies for this service. For guests wishing to bring their own wine or champagne (750ml), a corkage fee of HK$250 plus a 10% service charge applies per bottle. For hard liquor or Magnum bottles, the corkage fee is HK$500 plus a 10% service charge per bottle.
While we encourage advance online bookings due to the absence of physical ticket counters, walk-in guests are welcome, subject to availability. Payment can be made onboard via cash or credit card.
For bookings exceeding 10 guests, please make separate reservations, as each booking can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests. Feel free to contact us to check the availability of the remaining tickets.
Wheelchairs are permitted on board. However, guests may need to navigate a few steps from the pier to the vessel during the boarding process. Our crew is happy to provide any necessary assistance.
Vouchers FAQs
To redeem a gift voucher or experience, an advance reservation is required and the original voucher must be presented prior to boarding the boat.
Vouchers feature a unique reference code that must be quoted at the time of booking and redemption. The voucher is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or credit will be given. The unique code may only be redeemed once.
Vouchers are valid 48 hours after purchase.
Vouchers are valid for 12 months after purchase. However, monetary vouchers cannot be redeemed on New Year’s Eve or Chinese New Year.
No, vouchers are not redeemable with other offers and discounts.
Private Charter FAQs
Bookings become confirmed once we receive the signed booking confirmation and a 50% security deposit in advance. The deposit can be paid via bank transfer or credit card through a payment link upon request. The remaining balance can be settled in cash or by credit card on board.
If Typhoon Signal No. 3 or a Red Rainstorm Signal or higher is issued, the cruise will be cancelled. Guests will have the option to reschedule once at no additional charge within three months or receive a full refund.
If only an Amber Rainstorm Signal or Typhoon Signal No. 1 is in effect, cruises will proceed as scheduled, with both indoor seating and a covered upper deck available.
Our maximum capacity is 80 guests per boat. For Dim Sum or Afternoon Tea Cruises, the maximum capacity is 50 guests per boat due to space requirements for food service.

Our standard route includes a scenic tour around Victoria Harbour, showcasing the Hong Kong and Kowloon skyline. For rentals exceeding 2.5 hours, we can travel to additional locations such as Lamma Island, Tsing Ma Bridge, and Lei Yue Mun.
